Robert Alvarado

Robert Alvarado is the Executive Director at 1440 by the Bay, bringing over 19 years of experience in senior living, particularly in activities and engagement. A Santa Rosa native, he is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating vibrant, connected communities.

Robert believes each day is an opportunity to bring joy, comfort, and purpose to residents' lives. He values the power of collaboration among residents, families, and staff in fostering care and connection.

At 1440 by the Bay, Robert is dedicated to supporting his team, celebrating each resident's individuality, and ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. He looks forward to meeting residents and their families, sharing stories, and making 1440 by the Bay a true home.
