Robert Alvarado serves as the Executive Director at 1440 by the Bay, where he brings more than 19 years of experience working with seniors. He has a strong background in senior living—particularly in activities and engagement—and a deep passion for building meaningful relationships.
Originally from Santa Rosa, Robert has a love for both pets and people. Creating vibrant, connected communities has always been at the heart of his work, and he believes that every day offers a new opportunity to bring joy, comfort, and purpose into the lives of others.
Throughout his career, Robert has seen how powerful it can be when residents, families, and staff come together around a shared vision of care and connection. At 1440 by the Bay, he is committed to supporting the team, celebrating the individuality of each resident, and fostering an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
